The Club's Restaurant and Catering Facilities are run by Chef Nick Litterello. Nick is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology Culinary Arts Center. After graduation, he joined the culinary team at the award winning 4 star restaurant, Panama Hatties in Huntington. Nick held the positions of Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef for 6 years. After this time Nick moved to open the trendy Bongo Bay Restaurant in Port Washington. In 2004, Chef Litterello ventured out as Owner and Executive Chef of the acclaimed Blue Room Restaurant in East Northport. His inspired New American Cuisine received 3 stars from the New York Times and he was awarded Best New Restaurant of the Year. After the birth of twins, Nick sold the Blue Room to spend more quality time with family. He joined the Brass Rail Restaurant in Locust Valley. For several years, The Brass Rail was the exclusive food service provider for the Sea Cliff Yacht Club and Chef Litterello was at the helm as Executive Chef. In 2012, Nick formed the NPL Food Corporation and took over the operation as Caterer and Executive Chef at the Club. Nick continues to provide inspired menus utilizing fresh, seasonal and local ingredients for member dining and catered functions of all types.

During the Summer Season, (June-September), the Club operates a Snack Bar, offering a variety of fare from light dishes to hearty meals. Formal Dinner is served each Friday evening.

During the Winter Season (October- May), The Club is open for Dinner on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings as well as Sunday lunch.

The Club is available for Member sponsored parties with full catering. Non Member parties (with Member sponsorship) are also available. For more information please contact us at restaurant@seacliffyc.org.

Reservations are required for Wednesday, Friday and Sunday Dinners, and can be made by phoning the office (516) 671-7374. By doing this, the Club can properly staff and prepare for the events. The usual suggested attire for the bar and club house is "smart casual". Hats must be removed while seated in the dining room. During the more casual Summer season, we would like to remind everyone that when entering the club house from the deck and beach areas shirts, shoes, and cover ups are required.
